Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and XIAO YI, an individual sole operator trading as SceneToVideo AI and based in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. They govern your access to scenetovideo.com and the SceneToVideo AI services.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, or use the service with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms. If you use SceneToVideo for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

SceneToVideo lets you upload images, write or refine prompts, select supported AI models, generate video, review results, and download retained outputs. Features, models, pricing, limits, and availability may change as the product evolves.

AI generation is probabilistic. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing an output before publishing or relying on it.

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You may not create accounts through automation, evade registration or usage limits, share access for resale, or use another person's account without permission. We may require email verification, block suspicious access, or limit accounts connected to abusive networks or devices.

You retain any rights you have in images, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant SceneToVideo a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.

As between you and SceneToVideo, and to the extent permitted by law and third-party model terms, you may use generated outputs. We do not promise that an output is copyrightable, unique, non-infringing, accurate, or cleared for commercial use.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed for submitted content and for your intended use of outputs, including rights relating to copyright, trademarks, publicity, privacy, and people depicted.

You may not use the service to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud, harassment, threats, or deception;
• create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• impersonate a person, create deceptive political or commercial media, or conceal material AI manipulation where disclosure is required;
• upload malware, probe security, overload the service, scrape private data, reverse engineer protected systems, or bypass limits;
• generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; or
• use outputs as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about employment, housing, credit, healthcare, legal services, or other regulated matters.

We may remove content, restrict generation, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. The price, currency, billing interval, and credits are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment and hosts subscription management.

Membership credits are granted after a paid invoice is confirmed. The balance resets to the plan allowance at each paid billing period and unused credits do not roll over. Credits are service units, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed outside SceneToVideo.

You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your account through the Stripe billing portal. Unless the portal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for credit restoration and payment-refund rules.

Taxes, bank fees, and currency-conversion charges may apply. We may change future prices or plan features with advance notice required by applicable law; changes do not retroactively alter a completed charge.

Generated video files are retained for a limited period: currently 7 days for free access, 30 days for Go, 60 days for Pro, and 90 days for Max. Retention is determined when an output is stored and does not create a permanent backup obligation.

Download outputs you want to keep. We may delete expired, abandoned, unlawful, or account-associated content and cannot restore files after deletion. Generation metadata and transaction records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service relies on providers including Cloudflare, Stripe, Google, Resend, DeepSeek, Replicate, and AI model providers. Their availability and terms may affect features or outputs. SceneToVideo is not responsible for third-party products outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

You may stop using the service or cancel a paid subscription at any time. Contact support to request account closure.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, misuse the service, or if continuing the service becomes impractical. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Sections intended by their nature to survive will remain effective.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SceneToVideo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or substitute services.

Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid SceneToVideo in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Before filing a formal claim, contact us and give both sides 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms, update the date above, and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
