Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how SceneToVideo AI (“SceneToVideo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit scenetovideo.com, create an account, purchase a plan, contact us, or use our image-to-video tools.

SceneToVideo AI is operated by XIAO YI, an individual sole operator based in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. XIAO YI is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@scenetovideo.com.

02

Information we collect

Account and profile information

Your name, email address, email-verification status, account identifiers, and profile image if you choose Google sign-in.

Content and generation information

Images you upload, prompts and prompt settings, generated videos, model selections, generation status and error details, and optional quality feedback.

Billing information

Your plan, credit balance and ledger, order and invoice identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and subscription status. Stripe processes payment-card details; SceneToVideo does not receive or store your full card number.

Device, security, and usage information

Session cookies, device identifiers, IP address, browser user agent, request and security logs, and hashed email, IP, or device identifiers used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Google Tag loads in consent-denied mode and may send limited cookieless technical signals, including a query-free page path, consent state, and device or browser details. If you accept optional analytics, we also receive page views, traffic source, approximate region, device and browser category, and interactions with important product steps.

Communications

Messages and attachments you send to support, plus records needed to send account verification, password reset, billing, and service emails.

03

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide accounts, authentication, generation, storage, download, and billing features;
  • process your prompts and media to create the videos you request;
  • show generation history, balances, subscriptions, and refunds;
  • send verification, password reset, transactional, security, and support messages;
  • protect the service, enforce limits, prevent fraud or abuse, and investigate incidents;
  • debug, maintain, measure, and improve service reliability and output quality; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

SceneToVideo does not sell personal information, use your content for cross-context behavioral advertising, or train its own AI models on your uploaded images, prompts, or videos without a separate opt-in.

04

Legal bases for processing

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on:

  • contract, to create your account, generate and store requested content, provide credits, and administer subscriptions;
  • legitimate interests, to secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, understand reliability, and improve features in ways that do not override your rights;
  • consent, when we specifically ask for it, which you may withdraw for future processing; and
  • legal obligations and legal claims, for accounting, tax, compliance, dispute resolution, and responding to valid legal process.

If information is required to provide the service and you do not supply it, we may be unable to create an account, process a generation, or complete a purchase.

05

AI processing and service providers

Creating a video requires us to send some information to specialist providers. Prompt text may be processed by DeepSeek to help structure a generation request. Your selected image, prompt, and generation settings may be processed by Replicate and the selected model provider to create the requested video.

We also use Cloudflare for application delivery, security, databases, logs, and media storage; Stripe for billing; Google for optional sign-in and consent-based Google Analytics; and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Do not upload confidential, highly sensitive, or regulated information unless you have assessed these third-party processing arrangements and have authority to do so.

06

Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies to operate the service: an authentication cookie that keeps you signed in and a device cookie that helps prevent account-creation abuse. Blocking these cookies may stop sign-in, account security, and other core features from working.

Google Tag loads on each page with analytics storage denied so that consent status can be honored and the installation can be verified. Before you accept, it does not set Google Analytics cookies, although Google may receive limited cookieless technical signals. If accepted, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish browsers and sessions. We use the resulting aggregate reports to understand traffic sources, page use, signup and checkout steps, and generation success or failure. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, Google Signals, and ad-personalization signals remain disabled.

We do not send Google Analytics your email address, prompt text, uploaded image, generated video, payment-card details, or private media URL. Page locations sent by our analytics integration exclude query strings so that checkout-session and other URL parameters are not included.

You can accept, reject, or later change this choice using “Cookie settings” in the site footer. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics consent does not affect the core service. Withdrawing consent removes Google Analytics cookies that the site can access and returns the tag to consent-denied, cookieless operation.

07

How we share information

We share information only as needed with the providers described above, at your direction, to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect users and the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not disclose your private generations to other SceneToVideo users. You are responsible for what you download, publish, or share outside the service.

08

Data retention and deletion

Generated video files are scheduled for deletion after 7 days on free access, 30 days on Go, 60 days on Pro, or 90 days on Max. The period is set when the output is stored. Download anything you want to keep before the displayed expiration date.

Deleting a generation removes its stored input and output media when they are not used by another active generation. Limited generation, security, billing, and transaction records may remain for fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, legal compliance, and service integrity.

Prompt-compilation telemetry is normally deleted after 30 days. Short-lived email rate-limit records expire after the rate-limit window. Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and afterward only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here.

You may request account or personal-data deletion through our contact page. We may retain information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

09

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Send a request from the email linked to your account to support@scenetovideo.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

10

International processing

SceneToVideo and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we take steps designed to use lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate contractual or organizational safeguards. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions.

11

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, private media delivery, signed webhooks, secret management, rate limiting, and restricted administrative access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us promptly and reset your password.

12

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and users must be old enough to consent to data processing or have authorization from a parent or guardian as required by local law. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

13

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or law changes. We will post the revised version here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when a change is material and legally required.

For questions or requests, email support@scenetovideo.com or use the Contact page. Legal and service correspondence may be addressed to XIAO YI, SceneToVideo AI, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
