01

Scope and purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets content and conduct rules for SceneToVideo AI. It applies to images, prompts, instructions, generated videos, account activity, and content you download, publish, or share through the service.

This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. You must follow both. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and use of outputs are lawful and that you have the rights and permissions required for them.

02

Content standards and prohibited categories

You may not use SceneToVideo to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate any of the following six categories of content:

  • Pornographic or NSFW content, including explicit sexual content, nudity intended for sexual arousal, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Graphic violence or gore, including content that glorifies, promotes, or depicts extreme violence, mutilation, torture, or graphic injury.
  • Hate speech, including content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or incites hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation, including any sexualized depiction of a minor or content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes children.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation, including deceptive or non-consensual depictions of a real person, voice, identity, brand, or organization.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement, including use of content, marks, or other protected material without the rights or permissions needed for your use.

We also prohibit illegal activity, fraud, harassment, threats, privacy violations, circumvention of safety controls, malware or security abuse, and use of the service to make high-impact decisions about people without appropriate human review.

03

Serious violations

CSAM, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats of serious harm, and content that materially facilitates exploitation or violent criminal activity are prohibited without exception. We may immediately restrict access or preserve relevant information where reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate abuse, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process.

Where required or appropriate, we may report suspected unlawful conduct to competent authorities. We do not permit users to test, bypass, or evade platform or provider safety controls.

04

Platform content moderation process

SceneToVideo uses a combination of platform safeguards, provider and model safety controls, account and usage limits, and detection of suspicious or abnormal use patterns to help reduce misuse. Depending on the request and the model involved, a generation may be refused, limited, or unavailable.

We do not represent that every input or output is automatically reviewed in real time, or that these controls will identify all prohibited content. Automated and provider controls can make mistakes and may not cover every situation.

Safety and copyright reports are reviewed by a person. We assess the report and available account, generation, and supporting information, and may seek clarification when needed. Reports involving urgent safety concerns, potential exploitation, or other serious harm are prioritized for review as circumstances allow.

05

User reporting channels

To report suspected prohibited content or conduct, email support@scenetovideo.com with the subject Safety report. To report a copyright or trademark concern, use the same address with the subject Copyright report. You may also start from our Contact page.

Please include enough information for us to locate and assess the issue:

  • your name and a reliable contact email;
  • the relevant account, generation, content link, ID, or a clear description of where it appeared;
  • a description of the safety, impersonation, copyright, trademark, or other policy concern;
  • supporting context or materials that you may lawfully share; and
  • for intellectual-property reports, the protected work or mark, your relationship to the rights holder, and the basis for your claim.

We handle reporter information as confidentially as reasonably possible and use it to investigate and communicate about the report, subject to law and the need to administer a fair process. Please report in good faith. Knowingly false, misleading, or abusive reports may be recorded and can lead to restrictions or other action.

06

Review and enforcement

After receiving a report or identifying a possible violation, we may acknowledge it, assign a risk level, review the available information, and decide whether action is warranted. The outcome depends on the nature, severity, recurrence, evidence, and legal context of the issue. We may be unable to share all details of an investigation or another user's account.

Available measures include refusing or limiting a generation, removing or disabling access to content in our control, issuing a warning, restricting features or credits, suspending or terminating an account, preserving evidence, and reporting or cooperating with authorities where appropriate. We may take action without prior notice when delay could create safety, security, or legal risk.

07

Appeals and questions

If your content or account is restricted and you believe the decision was mistaken, email support@scenetovideo.com with the subject Safety appeal. Include your account email, the decision or generation involved, and the reason you believe it should be reconsidered.

We will review the appeal using the information available and may ask for clarification. An appeal does not guarantee that a restriction will be reversed, and we may maintain measures needed for safety, rights protection, or legal compliance.

08

Policy updates

We may update this AUP as the service, safety practices, providers, or applicable law change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated AUP.
